My name is Stephanie and I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSSW from Columbia University and over 11 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is trauma-focused and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I also integrate various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other holistic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs.
