The ‘why you do what you do’, when you don’t even know why you do what you do. That is what I want to help you find. There is no shame in asking for help. Everyone is different, so I use multiple methods to find what works for you to build the skills you need to cope with life. A sense of humor, some tough love, and no judgement to navigate your darkness is what I can provide.
