Hello parents and caregivers, I am so glad you found me! My name is Stephanie, and I work with kiddos from birth through adolescence, utilizing a family systems, strengths-based approach. Working from attachment theory, I believe the foundation of a child's well being stems from the caregiver-child relationship. One of my primary goals is to empower you, the most important person in your child's life, with tools you can use at home, in order to make long term gains. I have vast experience working with children exhibiting various emotional and behavioral symptoms, as well as going through various life transitions. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use toys and play in a therapeutic manner to assist children and families in attaining desired goals. In addition to play and family therapy, I offer Child Parent Relationship Therapy, which focuses on building a child's sense of self and decreasing emotional and behavioral symptoms through the caregiver-child relationship.
