I strongly believe that mental health care should be affordable and inviting. If you cannot afford my self-pay fee, please don't hesitate to reach out! We can find something that works for you! I also work part-time through a company that offers insurance. It is my goal to provide supportive care while challenging you to meet your goals. It can be really challenging to learn new habits, process past trauma, hold ourselves accountable, and reach even the smallest of goals. My goal is to help you get to a point where you can be your best self. Healing isn't linear, and sometimes we need a little help getting to where we want to be. I offer individual therapy that integrates various approaches, tailored to each client and their presenting problem. Often, my clients are looking for support with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, domestic violence, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), low self-esteem, OCD, panic disorder, Bipolar Disorder, postpartum disorder, grief, and many others.
