As a therapist my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, inclusive space where children, teens, young adults and families can process their feelings and work through challenges in their lives. Having a place to process how to overcome challenges is extremely important to developing a plan forward for clients. In this therapeutic space I focus on going at the pace that works best for the individuals I work with. I also strive to celebrate who my clients are as individuals and help to develop what they dream of becoming. I have a nurturing but realistic style that also incorporates some humor when needed.
