I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Chicago, Illinois. I believe in creating meaningful and lasting positive changes unique to the individual. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as Person-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. I use openness and a sense of humor to facilitate healthy and safe relationships. During therapy, I aim to work collaboratively to make lasting healthy life changes in a non-judgemental and safe environment using mindfulness, compassion, and other therapeutic techniques. I work with both adolescents and adults both in person and via teletherapy.
