Hello, my name is Stephanie Fischer and I provide counseling in Yuba City. I work a lot with trauma/abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety. In addition, I work with individuals experiencing panic attacks, bipolar disorder, stress, relationship difficulties, grief & loss, LGBTQ+ Issues and much more. I believe everybody has the resources within to solve their struggles and it's my job to help you access those resources and to start to live a healthy and fulfilling life. I am an EMDR trained therapist, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a Brainspotting trained therapist and an AATBS Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, which are all well researched therapies. EMDR, Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing are very effective therapies to treat trauma and PTSD issues.
