I have practiced as a licensed counselor since 1992, and in that time have worked with people dealing with all kinds of human struggles: anxiety and mood disorders, grief, trauma recovery, codependency, stress management, and life transitions such as leaving home, family changes, and divorce. I have particular interest in helping people adjust to the physical, emotional and spiritual changes that come at middle age and beyond. I see clients age 16 and older. I welcome members of the LGBTQI+ community.
