As an occupational therapist my focus is on helping you participate in the areas of your life that are most important to you. Some of my clients have a new diagnosis of chronic illness and the ways they have approached life are no longer working for them. Others are looking to change habits rooted in perfectionism or over-working. Whatever your personal goals, I hope to help you pursue wellness and achieve a balance between your body, brain, and goals.
