I have been a licensed professional counselor for 12 years. In that time I have had the pleasure of helping many people with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, suicidal thoughts and many other life issues. I will always accept you for who you are and where you are, and will give you the tools to help you achieve your goals. As the wife, daughter, sister, and granddaughter of a firefighter, I understand the unique challenges that first responders face. I am interested in supporting first responders and thier families as they navigate things that others may not understand.
