I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 13 and older) across biological, psychological, and social backgrounds. Having worked as a therapist in a community agency. I understand the difference in my patients’ demographics and how these differences require their own unique approaches. I am passionate about bringing this energy and understanding to my practice at SOL Mental Health! My specialties include emotional work, communication challenges, life transitions, stress, grief/loss, substance abuse, LGBTQAI+ issues, and other day-to-day life stressors.
