Life is tough, and so are you. You've been through it, and you're probably still going through it! Big thoughts and feelings are playing out in your mind, body and relationships. Clients come to me with childhood or relationship trauma that keeps them stuck, questioning their worth, and feeling like they could lose it at any moment. One thing I know about trauma is that it can be lonely and isolating, even if you have a great support system. My goal is to create an authentic therapeutic relationship where you can voice the good, bad and ugly, and still be accepted in your entirety.
