Thank you for looking at my profile. As a counselor I try to get know each person who enters my office. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. CBT is an evidence-based therapy that can help reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, and many more conditions. Individuals who are going through a separation, divorce or are divorced and raising children may find co-parent counseling helpful, I can help with that.
