I primarily work with kids, teenagers and younger adults to help them navigate the challenges that life may present them with. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have worked with individuals and families around managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, school challenges, peer/relationship difficulties, family conflict, and transitional phases of life. Prior to this, I worked in community mental health and worked as a school based counselor. I believe those experiences have helped shaped my work today and allows me to have a unique perspective on the systemic barriers that can impact people's abilities to reach their goals.
