I am a psychodynamic therapist who draws on relational psychoanalysis. In simpler terms, I am deeply interested in you—your history, your relationships, your inner world, and the patterns that have shaped your life. In our work together, we will go beyond learning how to cope and look at how past relationships influence how you feel, behave, and relate now in order to fully understand each part of yourself and create meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and my approach is always collaborative, paced, and attuned.
