My Approach Three words which describe my therapeutic style are: engaging, non-judging, & compassionate. My approach is based on experience with both Psychoanalysis & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which I use interchangeably to provide quality and thorough therapy to my clients. It is my belief that success in therapy has its framework in these two approaches where the goal is for the client to understand how thoughts impact feelings and feelings impact behavior.
