I provide in person equine assisted psychotherapy and ecotherapy and traditional therapy via telehealth to adults. My approach to therapy is strengths based and client driven. You are the expert on you and my goal is to partner with you and support you in finding what works for you. My focus is helping people learn to reparent their inner child and step into self leadership to address family of origin issues, developmental trauma, attachment disruptions, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. I use both talk and body based interventions to help people stop numbing out and avoiding challenging feelings. It is only through learning how to safely stay connected and grounded that we can address challenges.
