I find great fulfillment in my role as a Neurodiverse Therapist & Coach, where I strive to create effective strategies for navigating the complexities of being neurodiverse in a predominantly neurotypical world. I work with college students, adults, and couples to develop techniques that enhance communication and foster emotional well-being in all settings. I specialize in supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD, LD, and Executive Function challenges. I help clients manage sensory issues, regulate emotions, and interpret verbal and non-verbal social cues. My approach is interactive, compassionate, collaborative, and purposeful.
