I work with clients to manage life transitions, heal from loss, gain insight into relational patterns, and improve coping skills. My goal is to help you find peace and improve your overall well-being while empowering you to make positive changes in your life. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my practice. One particular area I specialize in is providing support to individuals impacted by Type 1 diabetes. In addition, I have special expertise in trauma, sleep issues, parent coaching, and postpartum mental health.
