Throughout my experience of practicing, a common need I have recognized is 'space'. Often individuals are seeking a safe space to be. To be themselves. To be seen. To be heard. If you are looking for a cozy or virtual space to release, re-fuel, and/or heal I am happy to facilitate the space you may be looking for. Together, we can create a safe space to explore all aspects of who you are. My background is in dance/movement therapy and I love to incorporate all realms of creativity into sessions.
