I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families. My approach is strength-based and psychodynamic. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness when appropriate. I work with those facing a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship/marital problems, divorce, fertility issues, postpartum depression, substance abuse, smoking cessation, concerns in the workplace and grief/bereavement. I have extensive experience and interest in working with couples and those with relationships struggles.
