I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from North Carolina State University. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to help individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapies.
