Over the past few years, I think we have all been through some trauma, especially our adolescents and teenagers. As a parent myself, I know that kids need an outlet and someone to talk to as they navigate the mental health struggles that have come from isolation and anxiety. It is my goal to help adolescents and teenagers work through various issues that they struggle with including depression, anxiety, PTSD, peer related struggles, ADHD struggles, low self esteem and many other disorders and struggles that adolescents and teens find it difficult to cope with and parents seem at a loss how to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed School Counselor who has been working with children, adolescents and young adults for the last 15 years. I specialize in CBT, play therapy and motivational interviewing. Meeting children where they are at while providing support to the adults in their life is my therapeutic perspective.
