Hi, I'm Stephanie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Innerpeace Therapy in Upland, California. Over the last six years I have crafted a trauma informed cognitive behavioral approach to treatment through proving care to individuals, children and families from victims of domestic violence, to teens in residential care and refugee families in their most vulnerable time of need. Using a trauma informed approach means I meet clients where they are with the understanding that their lived intersectional experiences have shaped how they navigate their unique journey.
