I believe that healing is based in connection. Your life experiences may have disconnected you from yourself for many reasons: depression, anxiety, trauma... My goal is to connect with you where and how you are and to help you build the connections you need to reach your goals. Most importantly, I want to help you connect with and trust yourself. Connection helps build courage to make change. To that end, I do my best to be authentic and transparent, and I focus on collaboration. I ask you to be as honest as possible with me and to be open to that connection. You are my most valuable expert. While I have experience working with many struggles, I have particular passion for those dealing with depression and trauma. My favorite therapy model is IFS, and I recently completed my Level 2 Training. I am very excited!
