My approach is strengths‑based and deeply individualized, drawing from evidence‑based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO‑DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
