There are seasons of life that can be overwhelming and confusing. Counseling allows guides to come into your story and walk alongside you in a season of change. I work primarily with women and emerging adults who are going through life transitions (new stages, sudden loss, job/ career transitions, community ruptures, stepping towards new challenges, and more). I have also walked with many who are constructing and reconstructing their faith. Together, we work on clear identity formation, anxiety reduction, skill building, and engaging well in healthy relationships and communities.
