Using an attachment-based lens, I help people understand and process family roles, relationship dynamics, and survival mechanisms learned in childhood that may no longer serve them. My work is rooted in deep inner child healing—a reparenting process that invites us to meet our younger parts with compassion, repair unmet needs, and gently unburden the protective patterns that once kept us safe.​ Through a heart-centered approach that blends shadow integration, parts work, and somatic attunement, I guide clients in reclaiming these wounded parts with love and curiosity, allowing space for growth, softness, and self-trust.
