Are you ready to find a better you? Are you feeling the everyday pressures of being an athlete? You are not alone and do not have to deal with these concerns by yourself. Life can be difficult and I am here to help you. I have experience working with individuals surrounding anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm and many other concerns. A former member of University of Michigan's women's gymnastics team, I also have experience working with athletes surrounding fears, returning from injury, competition anxiety, overall performance and retiring from sport.
