I focus on helping clients feel understood and supported as they learn to manage distressing symptoms and develop coping strategies that truly fit their lives. I am deeply committed to walking alongside people on their journey toward emotional balance, self-understanding, and personal growth. Ultimately, my goal is to help individuals feel empowered to create a life that feels not just manageable, but meaningful, fulfilling, and worth living. I work with individuals from many different backgrounds and with a wide range of diagnoses, including MDD, BPD, Bipolar, and neurodivergence. I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where each person feels valued and supported in their pursuit of well-being. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, and I am a certified Autism Play therapist. I work with children starting at age 5, teens, and adults.
