I have worked on the front lines in mental health throughout the pandemic and am thrilled to incorporate my love of the great outdoors, music, inclusivity, mindfulness, and culture into my practice for a well-rounded and empowering client experience. I deeply believe in the power of therapy, vulnerability, and validation. I provide safe space where you may speak your truth without fear, expect to be truly heard and seen, and know that you are valued. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues affecting female-identifying clients. My professional experience in community and crisis mental health afford me a holistic person-in-environment perspective crucial to uncovering root causes of maladaptive, negative, or harmful thinking patterns and behaviors.
