Navigating relationships of all kinds can be difficult at times. Other times, we might struggle to strengthen or maintain our relationships when life gets challenging. I work to help couples and families better understand themselves and one another to improve and strengthen their relationships. I am interested in working alongside people as they navigate life changes and the times when they feel stuck.
