Welcome to my page! The human experience is complex, challenging and sometimes painful. I believe through the therapeutic process; you can connect deeply with yourself in a way that results in healthier relationships and overall well-being. Dependent upon each client's needs, I develop a customized approach drawing from the following theories: psychodynamic, attachment, trauma-informed, narrative, CBT, IFS/Parts Work, interpersonal neurobiology & mindfulness. I believe that we are never finished growing and evolving as human beings. My professional background includes education, faith community leadership, and small business owner. I offer a kind and nonjudgmental approach in meeting each client where they are in their journey. I have trained extensively in Narrative Focused Trauma Care (NFTC) which brings together the strengths of both theology and psychology, embracing the whole person—mind, body, and soul—in a uniquely comprehensive approach to healing from trauma and abuse.
