I'm an associate therapist at M&K Counseling Associates with experience working with teens, adults, and families. In therapy, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, talk about what’s on your mind, and learn helpful tools to make positive changes in your life. I use a mix of mind-body (somatic), thinking-based (cognitive), and behavior-based approaches, depending on what works best for you. My goal is to help you better understand and manage your emotions so you can feel more connected to yourself, heal from past experiences, and grow.
