I am here for you. Whether dealing with grief, excessive stress, anxiety, depression and even addiction, it's my privilege to walk alongside my clients through their healing process. Counseling is a collaborative, safe relationship. My specialties include: anxiety, trauma, and addiction and I work with many issues ages 12 and up! I am trained in EMDR, attachment theory and CBT and have a passion for helping empower people to take care of themselves with skills and education. I am a holistic counselor where I focus on healing the mind and body/nervous system to have actual healing, not symptom management. I work WITH you to heal.
