I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families integrating interpersonal nuerobiology and play therapy. I utilize play, art, music, movement, sensory based interventions, and sand tray techniques to provide a well rounded and effective approach for my clients. I also prioritize parent support and empowerment. In our work together, I provide parents with effective strategies for supporting their child at home and effective practices for building connected and secure relationships.
