I help adults navigate life’s challenges through trauma-informed, integrative therapy that blends Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational, psychodynamic, and somatic techniques. With experience in private practice, community mental health, and outpatient clinics, I bring a diverse skill set and deep understanding of therapy.
