I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) specializing in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, women's issues, and narcissism in individuals, couples, and families. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked extensively with survivors of trauma and supported clients as they navigate life’s everyday challenges. I understand that many people delay seeking help, believing they can “do it” themselves, but I’m here to walk this path with you.
