I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with a passion for working with teenagers, young adults and adults. I love helping others to work through a variety of life situations, including transitional periods, anxiety, depression, ADHD and family conflict. I have a drive for helping others to figure out the path they want to be focusing on taking in life. I believe that sometimes the best way to move forward, is to have support in exploring what we want, without the background noise of others opinions interfering and believe in being that non-biased supportive person for others.
