I am a well-rounded therapist that will take the time to get to really know you and tailor treatment to YOUR individual needs. I have worked with all ages (4-75 years old), but believe that I work best with young adults to middle age. I enjoy helping individuals learn how to take care of themselves and build resiliency to fight through life's struggles. I aspire to help people reach their full potential and live happier, more fulfilled lives. Experience working with a wide variety of issues, across various settings. I have provided crisis services to kids and adults, family therapy, school social work, and contracted with the military. I take a multi-modal approach, pulling methods from EFT, CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, IFS, and Family Systems Therapy.
