If you've struggled with alcohol and other drugs issues then I'm here to help. I work with clients to meet you where your at to move you on the stages of change paradigm. Whether you want to quit completely or just reduce your use, I will work with you to achieve this goal. The first stage is to do an assessment to see if we are a good fit. I've been doing substance abuse counseling for over 30 years. I also focus on trauma. For most people the substance use is the ice burg( what we see) I want to give you tools to work on what's underneath. Lets see if I'm a good fit for you . I offer both in person and remote appointments .
