There are times where we could all use some help in getting through life’s difficulties. Whether you are struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, perhaps you’re sensing a shift or loss in your identity; it becomes imperative to believe that hope is a renewable option. Often times when we run out of hope at the end of the day, we always have the option to start over in the morning. I have been in the counseling field since 2005, and am passionate about helping individuals who struggle with substance abuse and addiction, and mental health issues. Because no journey is alike, together we will identify all of the factors that have influenced your situation, and develop a plan to begin healing.
