My purpose in counseling is to educate, encourage, and empower women who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and women issues. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to heal, overcome obstacles, and increase self-worth. Therapeutic techniques are tailored to each woman to respect their individuality and increase her ability to reach her personal goals.
