Are anxiety or depression something you need help with? Do you have communication, relationship, or trauma based needs? I help my clients understand why they respond the way they do, and how to respond differently. Single parent struggle? I can help with that too! I've helped with self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, and other emotional, relational, and behavioral issues. I offer in office and telehealth appointments, and have limited evening availability. I'm willing to see adults, and children over 12 years of age. I currently only have daytime (9a - 3p) availability.
