You will learn to integrate holistic tools that heal far more deeply than what talk therapy alone can accomplish. I will empower you to shift your neurobiology throughout each day, allowing you gain the capacity to neutralize the painful life experiences that your body has been storing. I specialize with neurophysiological healing from all forms of overwhelm and trauma including developmental and chronic trauma and complex dissociation.
