In a world that has a lot to say about who you are, I want to help you find and feel grounded in your truth. I hope to provide a place where you can let your guard down and be unapologetically all of who you are, free of judgement, shame, and "shoulds." I prioritize autonomy, choice, and collaboration in my work with clients. You know yourself better than anyone and your voice deserves to be heard. I provide a therapy space where we can sit on the floor, have snacks, fidget, laugh, cry, dance, sing, be silent, and whatever else your nervous system wants or needs. I hope in our work together that you can finally exhale and just be. I focus on working with individuals exploring their identity, LGBTQIA+ folx, autism and ADHD (especially late diagnosed), eating disorders, life transitions, and anxiety. I work from a relational, anti-oppressive, anti-diet, curiosity-based perspective. I offer talk therapy and somatic body-based dance/movement therapy.
