My clients are often those who realize that something about the way they have been thinking, coping, or processing has not been working anymore. They may be struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, or stress or finding it difficult to process emotions such as anger, grief, and shame. As an Asian American therapist, I particularly enjoy working with Asian American individuals on issues related to culture, family dynamics, and identity exploration.
