As a therapist, I am open to working with people from all walks of life. Everyone is unique and deserves the chance to be supported and guided, no matter what their personal journey may entail. I believe in building a therapeutic bond with my clients so they feel heard and understood, allowing them to be themselves. I use psychoeducation, client strengths, and trauma informed approaches to assist clients on their therapeutic journey. From processing emotions, to teaching skill, to helping gain understanding and insight... I meet clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be. In my business Soothing Souls Therapeutic Services, LLC, I offer virtual therapy to children, teens, adults, and couples throughout Illinois and Missouri. Additionally, I provide professional consultations, staff trainings and speaking events tailored to community needs. Anxiety, self-esteem, stress, grief, & parenting are a just a FEW areas I can help with!
