I am a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist who has served the Jackson community for over ten years. Choosing to seek out therapy can be a step toward healing, health, and growth, and I'd love to partner with you in working through your struggles. I specialize in focused trauma work with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to trauma work, I have supported clients over the years in exploring life transitions, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, self-awareness, relationship issues, grief and loss, emotional and behavioral issues, divorce, health issues, and larger life questions.
