Accepting new clients! I am licensed in Utah and Minnesota. I specialize in helping families, couples and individuals. I am also trained in helping single adults, adolescents, children and those in emotionally abusive situations. I am trained in many therapy techniques including advanced EMDR, Attachment focused EDMR, DBT, CBT, DNMS, and attachment based therapy among others. I am also IFS informed.
